These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vexatime.com (the "Site") and any purchases made from VEXA TIME, a brand operated by IOIHUB LTD ("we," "us," "our").
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

VEXA TIME is a trading name of IOIHUB LTD.
2. Eligibility
To make a purchase you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Products
We sell watches and accessories described on the Site. We try to display product images and descriptions accurately, but minor variations in color, finish, and packaging may occur due to manufacturing differences and screen rendering.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if a pricing error occurred or if we suspect fraud).
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
- We do not currently collect sales tax (GST/HST/QST/US state sales tax) on orders. Customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or import taxes that may apply in their country of delivery.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see, store, or transmit your full payment card details. By submitting payment you agree to Stripe's terms (https://stripe.com/legal).
- If a payment fails or is reversed, your order will not be fulfilled.
5. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order on the Site is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists between us. We may reject any order without giving a reason.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship internationally, with most orders fulfilled from our supplier network.
- Standard delivery typically takes 14-21 business days. Express options (where available) are faster.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier hands the package to you (or to a designated recipient at your address).
- If your order does not arrive within 45 days of shipment, contact us at support@vexatime.com and we will investigate or issue a replacement/refund.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the price you pay us. Some packages may be held by customs and require you to pay fees before release.
If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned to us, we may issue a refund minus shipping and return costs.

In summary:
- You may return unworn watches in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
9. Defective Products and Warranty
If your watch arrives defective or fails within 30 days of delivery due to a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@vexatime.com with photos or a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, misuse, water exposure beyond stated water resistance, or unauthorized repairs
- Battery replacement after the first year
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product defects, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users
- Scrape, copy, or republish content from the Site without permission
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) on the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site β including the VEXA TIME name, logo, product designs, photos, text, and code β is owned by IOIHUB LTD or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written consent.
You may share product photos on social media for personal use, with credit to VEXA TIME.
12. User Communications

13. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. They are not investment-grade timepieces and should not be marketed as such.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IOIHUB LTD's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring claims locally.
UK consumers retain all rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. EU consumers retain rights under applicable EU consumer law. US consumers retain rights under their state's consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
